Our Commitment
FreeLaserFile respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
All files available on freelaserfile.com are either original works created by our team, licensed for free distribution, or in the public domain. We do not knowingly host copyrighted material without proper authorization.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on FreeLaserFile infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or specific location on our site where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.
Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, FreeLaserFile will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content, if applicable.
- Document the takedown for our records.
If the material is later determined not to be infringing, or if the counter-notification process resolves in favor of the uploader, we may restore access to the content.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its former location on the site.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district where FreeLaserFile may be found).

Repeat Infringers
FreeLaserFile maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to remove any content and restrict access to our platform for anyone who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
