Finally got my CNC router dialed in — sharing my spoilboard setup
After 3 months of fighting with my Shapeoko 4, I finally got a perfect spoilboard setup. The key was tramming the router head AND facing the MDF with a fly cutter before drilling the holddown holes. Sharing my LightBurn template here — all measurements in mm, fits a 30x30 table.

I'll upload the LightBurn file this weekend. The main dimensions you need: 18mm grid spacing for holddown holes, 3mm depth for the surface pass.

What size fly cutter are you using? I've seen people use 1" and 2" — makes a big difference apparently.
